Gestalt Therapy in Clinical Practice: International Seminar on Supervision

Turin, October, 11th - 13th, 2018

The Seminar on Supervision is aimed to look at your clinical practice and at the personal processes that influence your presence in therapy.

The supervision is based on the theory and practice of Gestalt therapy, with a particular emphasis on the field perspective on psychopathology and therapy. The process of supervision explores particulary the co-created phenomenal fields emerging both in the therapeutic room and in the supervision meeting.

Theoretical and clinical issues, and issues relevant to psychopathology, setting processes and boundaries, ethical implications and personal resonances will be discussed, starting from the clinical cases brought by the participants.

The international group provided a creative field where the cultural and social differences offer new perspectives on single clinical cases and on the way we can look at the therapy itself.
